We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with the PayByPhone/SMS system, meaning that it is currently not possible for players to redeem any PINs that they have purchased. We are aware of this problem and are working to get it fixed. In the meantime, if you have bought a PIN, please buy runescape money make sure to keep a note of it, as you will still be able to redeem it once the system is back online.
This will not affect any ongoing PayByPhone subscriptions.
